Day 1
Day 1: Arrival in KathmanduArrival at Tribhuvan International Airport.Transfer to hotel and rest.Evening briefing about the trek.
Day 2
Day 2: Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding (2,610m)Early morning flight to Lukla (2,800m).Trek to Phakding, passing through villages, rivers, and forests.Approx. 3-4 hours of trekking.
Day 3
Day 3: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)Trek along the Dudh Koshi River, crossing suspension bridges.Enter Sagarmatha National Park at Monjo.Steep climb to Namche Bazaar, the main trading hub of the region.Approx. 6-7 hours of trekking.
Day 4
Day 4: Acclimatization Day in Namche BazaarExplore Namche Bazaar, visit local markets, and hike to Everest View Hotel for panoramic views.Optional hike to Khumjung and Khunde villages.
Day 5
Day 5: Trek to Tengboche (3,860m)Ascend through forests and cross the Imja Khola.Visit Tengboche Monastery and enjoy views of Everest and Ama Dablam.Approx. 5-6 hours of trekking.
Day 6
Day 6: Return to Namche BazaarRetrace steps back to Namche Bazaar.Approx. 4-5 hours of trekking.
Day 7
Day 7: Trek to LuklaDescend to Phakding and continue to Lukla.Approx. 6-7 hours of trekking.
Day 8
Day 8: Fly back to KathmanduEarly morning flight to Kathmandu.Transfer to hotel and free time for shopping and relaxation.
Day 9
Day 9: Departure from KathmanduTransfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for departure.
